A summer pop-up under a 100+ year old oak tree in Baja's Wine Country by Chef Javier Plascencia

From July 27th to September 9th, 2017, Chef Javier Plascencia will pop-up under a 100+ year oak tree in Valle de Guadalupe. An 8 course progressive meal, inspired in Baja's ingredients and terroir, will be served by Chef Plascencia and his team. Additional Baja wine pairings will be available (for an extra cost). Only 60 tickets per day will be available, so signing up soon is encouraged.

Cheese makers, olive oil producers, animal raising farms, produce farms, winemakers, craft breweries, the prestigious seafood bounty of Baja waters, there is no wonder Baja is a chef's dream come true.

The Animalón experience is the definition of my cuisine. Using only Baja ingredients, my mission is to pay homage to local producers, and the lifestyle of Baja.
